New improved VIB-SMC online temper time control

vibronet-Graef GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, launches its new improved VIB-SMC© online temper time control.

The system continuously monitors the surface moisture content and temperature of the outer bran layers of free flowing cereals.

It is a compact device, which indicates prior to grinding (First Break or B1) whether the temper time is optimally adjusted for any particular grain variety. This online information of water absorption after tempering guarantees an optimal separation of hull and endosperm for maximum yield, more white flour and uniform end products.
